Signature Massage 30/60/90 Minutes

Enjoy a customized approach to innovative bodywork that allows you and your therapist to determine the optimum treatment. Your massage is customized by using essential oils, vitamin rich products, and incorporating a variety of techniques to achieve ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.

Precision Neuromuscular Therapy 30/60/90 Minutes

Also known as PNMT, this treatment involves using skilled assessments to find the source of pain/discomfort and a tailored, benchmarked course of treatment to produce measurable results. A PNMT session includes a detailed health intake and assessment, hands-on therapeutic soft tissue treatment and extablishing a treatment plan. This is an excellent option for unexplained nerve pain.

Hot & Cold Deep Tissue Stone Treatment for the Neck & Back 45 Minutes

This treatment is nurturing to the body, using the warmth of hot stones and Prossage Heat Warming Ointment. Firm, controlled pressure is then used to relieve tension. Your body will be brought back to balance and rejuvenated using cool stones and Biofreeze Gel, leaving you in a new state of awareness.

Hot Stone Therapy 30/60/90 Minutes

Delight in the ancient healing therapy of warm stones. Smooth, heated river rocks and Swedish massage techniques are expertly used to help relax the body and melt away the tensions of everyday life.

Mother-To-Be 30/60/90 Minutes

For the mother-to-be, this massage addresses the discomforts of pregnancy, including sciatica and low back pain, by improving circulation and promoting relaxation.

Cupping 45 Minutes

Therapeutic cups create suction and negative pressure. Cupping loosens muscles, encourages blood and lymph flow, releases fascia, sedates the nervous system, and relieves painful, stiff muscles. 

Lymphatic Drainage 60 Minutes

Light, slow movements along the lymphatic pathways boost the immune system, reduces water retention, encourages healing and recovery after illness, injury, or surgery. A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended.

Warm Bamboo Massage 60/90 Minutes

Warm Bamboo massage is a technique that incorporates bamboo stalks of varying lengths and diameters to provide deep-tissue work.  Bamboo sticks are heated and incorporated into a Signature Massage. They soften the muscle and connective tissue to allow for deeper work. The massage itself promotes circulation, sensory nerve perception, and lymphatic drainage and provides a deep sense of relaxation and well-being. When scheduling, look for this service as an Add-On to Signature Massages with Liz!

Yomassage 75/90 Minutes

By combing mindfulness, restorative stretching and therapeutic touch, relax in restorative postures while receiving hands-on Massage Therapy. The goal of these sessions is to bring calm and an opportunity to recenter.

These sessions are performed fully clothed in either single, couple, or groups of three people. Sessions for one individual may be scheduled online. Groups of 2-3 must email [email protected] to sign up at this time.

Reiki 60 Minutes

Reiki is a gentle bodywork technique that promotes healing through stress reduction and deep relaxation. This therapeutic treatment restores the body’s energetic balance, opens up blocked areas, and stimulates innate self-healing properties.
